Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled meeting time will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, payments are non-refundable. However, if a flight is canceled, customers are entitled to a refund. Customers can also request schedule changes, which are subject to applicable local fees and taxes, and approval based on availability. Arriving guests are considered no-shows if they do not meet the Meet and Greet Ambassador holding the digital name card at the gate or in the international customs hall after all passengers have disembarked and the gate is closed. No-shows are non-refundable and subject to full payment. Departing guests are considered no-shows if they do not present themselves within 30 minutes of the scheduled meeting time, barring flight cancellations or delays. No-shows in this case are also non-refundable and subject to full payment. For flight delays exceeding three hours, the service will end after 2 hours. Guests will then have the option to extend their service time or contact us via our customer service line or WhatsApp to resume service later to their final destination.
